I had been looking at the Benefit “Stay Put” Set for literally over 5 months! It is only supposed to be an online deal so since I had been dying to get it, I just decided that I was going to order it next month. However, I went to Sephora today and was insanely and ecstatically surprised that they carried this in their store! I had literally gone to 3-4 other Sephora stores over the span of 5 months and thought I might as well ask while I was there, but they all told me they didn’t have it. So of course I snatched it today and it only cost $10!!!! What a great deal! I will compare the sizes for you, tell you first impressions, and let you know how much a full sized product cost.
Stay Don’t Stray– This is a primer for concealer and eyeshadows. In this set, you get one that is .09 fl oz. This is tiny but I bet it will last for a while because you only use a little of bit of primer every time you do your eyes. This product is only about 2 inches tall. I have used this for one day and overall I feel like it is just like any other ordinary eyelid primer. I’ll let you know if I change my mind about it though. I’m still going to use this during the summer just as extra stain power for my eyeshadows.
Full size of this product cost $24.
Erase Paste in Medium 02– This concealer has a salmon-y pink tone to it. I think this can only be used for the under eye area because no ones skin color is pink. lol This set came with a .11 oz sized container. Anyways, this kind of makes my Wet N’ Wild Gel Eyeliner smear which is a very waterproof eyeliner! So that’s kind of sad.. I might use this when I’m going for a more natural look and don’t want to line my bottom water line. When you get the “Stay Put” Set, you don’t get to choose your shade of concealer; they all come with the medium one.
Full size of this product has .15 oz and cost $26.
Creaseless Cream Eyeshadow in R.S.V.P– This is the product that I was the most excited about getting & using. It definitely is a gorgeous natural color but my skin tone is too dark for this to really show up. I would absolutely recommend this to people with lighter skin tones though; it would be gorgeous on you! I definitely didn’t see any creasing throughout the day so that’s good. I may try this cream eyeshadows in the full size in different colors.
Full size of this product has .16 oz & cost $19.
Overall, I think this set is totally worth the money especially if you are new to Benefit Cosmetics like me! You are paying basically $3 for each mini sized product which still gives you a decent amount of product. For example, the concealer was only .04 oz smaller than the full size and cost $23 less. How amazing is that?! Anyways, let me know your favorite Benefit Cosmetics products!
