There is something so unique and beautiful about a railroad isn’t there? I have personally been wanting to shoot at some train tracks for the last year after seeing Youtuber Caitlin Bea’s picture on instagram from a shoot she did (see here and here)! Now that we’re in the middle of winter, it’s hard to wear dresses without freezing to death! I decided to style this colorful, floral dress with some knee socks and boots to add some extra warmth! Here are the details on my outfit:
Dress: Urban Outfitters (on sale!) | Hat: Target | Socks: Hue | Boots: I don’t remember sorry! (Similar one here) | Lipstain: Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stain in “Parisian Passion” | Nail Polish: Essie’s “Watermelon”
Besides the pattern, my favorite part of this dress is the tie in the back! I always love a little open-back! It makes this dress interesting as well since the front just has a plain, high necklace.
Pretty sure that my socks are not even in this entire post. Lol
I hope you all enjoyed this post! Huge shout out to my amazing photographer Diane Lin for capturing these shots and for shooting with me in the freezing cold! Check out her website and book her for a session by contacting her through e-mail: dianelin330@gmail.com!
❤ Emily
