Guys I’m done!!! I’m officially an engineer and have my undergrad degree in Industrial Engineering! Sometimes you think the moment will never come but I’m so relieved to finally be done. On the actual day of graduation, I posted a quote so I’m going to place it below since it really wraps up how I feel about college.
Graduation marks the day I say goodbye to my second home of 5 years, my safe haven, and the place that holds so many memories. The place I met the most brave, hard working, fun, and driven individuals that I will continue to admire.
To everyone who joined me on this journey through GT, thanks for helping me become the best version of myself and for making Tech one heck of a ride that I’ll always cherish. GT is an emotional roller coaster but truly taught me to push myself and never doubt what I can do. Special thanks as well to my parents for always supporting me and for supporting my switch into industrial engineering.
If you asked me 5 years ago, I would’ve never in a million years thought I’d be graduating as an industrial engineering major. I applied as a bio major and came in as business and I didn’t think I had the confidence in me to pursue engineering. But today, I’m so excited to finally say that I’m a helluva engineer! I’m so excited to be an alumni from one of the best institutions in the world and from the #1 industrial engineering program in the nation! Thank you Georgia Tech!
Here are pictures from my actual graduation. 🙂 It was such an awesome day!
Congrats to everyone who graduated as well! 🙂
P.S. Special thanks to Mikhail Doudy for capturing most of the shots on this post!
