REVIEW: imPRESS Salon Quality At-home Manicures!

DSC08628

Hello everyone! If you are a busy student, professional, or mom, you are going to LOVE the imPRESS Press-On Manicures! They require no drying time, no mess, and are safe on natural nails. It’s super simple- you remove the plastic peel on the back of the nails, press them in place, and that’s it! These nails feature an innovative Pressure Sensitive Adhesive that makes these nails stick on from the second you apply them and the UltraHold™ technology keeps them on until you are ready to peel them off (which doesn’t damage your nails)! The nails are also the only waterproof nails on the market and I was amazed when I was able to wash dishes without the nails coming off.

REVIEW: Essie Nail Polish in "Penny Talk" + Keep

Hello everyone! I have always loved metallic colors so I’m excited to review the Essie nail polish in the color “Penny Talk” for you! It is from the Essie Mirror Metallics Nail Polish Collection.
A neutral metallic to me is such a wearable color. In the bottle, the nail polish is a beautiful coppery color but surprisingly in natural light the polish actually looks a little pinkish. This doesn’t really bother me as the color is still really pretty- I was just surprised it didn’t look copper all the time.

REVIEW: OPI’s "First Date at the Golden Gate"

Hello everyone! The newest nail polish in my collection is OPI’s “First Date at the Golden Gate”! It is from the San Francisco Nail Lacquer Collection and you can find it on Amazon ($5.50) and ULTA’s website ($9.50)!

I really like this color! It looks just like the Golden Gate Bridge color! For some reason I let years go by without having a real red in my collection so justifying this purchase was easy. Lol I basically love all the colors in the San Francisco Collection and got to try four of them in a gift set– “First Date at the Golden Gate”, “Muir Muir on The Wall” (see my review here), “The Cable Car-Pool Lane”, “Peace and Love”.

I could definitely see myself wearing this to a weekend outing or to a business meeting. Hope you liked this post! Let me know your nail polish recommendations!

Matching Nails and Rain Boots

Hi everyone!
It has been raining on and off in Georgia the past few weeks. I personally like the rain partially because it means that I get to wear my rain boots. 🙂 The other day I noticed that my nail polish happened to match my boots. This color is called “Blue Moon” by Wet N’ Wild. If you want to order it online, you can get it for $1.49! Go here.I like to apply two coats of this and finish with a coat of OPI’s top coat. Without the top coat, this nail polish will chip in two or three days so take preventative measures!

Hope you all are staying dry!
